After three years of living in Cambodia, we’ve learned that opportunities aren’t found in boardrooms—they’re found on the side of the road in the back of a tuk-tuk, and in the daily conversations with the people who actually move this country.
Today, I am beyond excited to announce that we are officially vehicle manufacturers!
Our first ride has arrived from our partners in China, and while it might not be a luxury sedan, it is going to change the lives of the people who need it most.
A $2 Ride with a High Cost
To get here, we didn’t just look at market data. We spent thousands of hours talking to the drivers. We learned that the current model is effectively broken.
In the local economy, a $2 fare is the standard for a short trip. It’s great for the passenger but for the driver, it’s a constant struggle. Most drivers are trapped in a cycle of high daily rental fees for their vehicles and the never ending, volatile cost of gasoline. By the time they pay for their fuel and the daily "rent" of their vehicle, their actual take home profit is razor-thin.
They are working harder, not smarter.
The Solution: A Better Way to Drive
When we saw this gap, we knew we had to step in. We reached out to our manufacturing partner during the 138th Canton Fair with one goal in mind: efficiency.
Our new electric tricycle isn’t just a new way to get around; it’s a financial tool. By removing the reliance on expensive gasoline and reducing the overhead costs associated with traditional rental models, we are allowing drivers to keep a much larger slice of every $2 they earn. We aren't changing the price for the rider; we are changing the quality of life for the driver.
Next Stop — Launch
We are currently dressing up our first few units in our signature "Freakyyy" theme. If you see these loud, colorful rides hitting the streets of Phnom Penh soon, you’ll know exactly what they stand for: lower costs, higher earnings, and a faster path to economic independence for our drivers.
This is just the beginning. We are hard at work prepping for the official launch, and I can’t wait to share the full experience with you.
Stay tuned—the future of Cambodian transport is about to get a lot more colorful.
